P5 English Internal Assessment

We are opening our P5 English Internal Assessments to a limited number of external students.
This programme offers a structured mid-year evaluation aligned with school standards, designed to build both competence and confidence as students prepare for upper primary demands.
Each session includes:
- 1 hour of assessment (selected components from Papers 2 & 4)
- 1 hour of guided review, focusing on answering techniques and mark allocation
All scripts are marked by teachers. Where marking is not completed in class, scripts will be returned via mail.

Programme Value
Each session provides a focused diagnostic of your child’s performance, alongside clear guidance on how to approach different question types effectively.
Lesson 3 includes explicit instruction in Situational Writing, equipping students with structure and technique for higher-mark components.
Parents may enrol in selected lessons or the full series, depending on the skills they wish to strengthen.
At P5, strong outcomes are driven by skill mastery — not volume. This programme develops the clarity and confidence needed for the transition to upper primary assessments.
