At Think Teach Acad­e­my, we have spent the past few years build­ing a trust­ed, pre­mi­um brand in Pri­ma­ry Eng­lish, Math and Sci­ence. Today, our cen­tres oper­ate at scale, sup­port­ed by a strong cur­ricu­lum, in-house mar­ket­ing, and a grow­ing ecosys­tem of edu­ca­tion busi­ness­es. 

For the first time, we are open­ing up the oppor­tu­ni­ty for a small group of edu­ca­tors to part­ner with us.

This is not a typ­i­cal fran­chise offer­ing.
It is an oppor­tu­ni­ty to build your own Think Teach cen­tre — with the back­ing of a sys­tem that is already proven.

The Opportunity

Select­ed part­ners will oper­ate their own Think Teach cen­tre, focus­ing on what mat­ters most — teach­ing and stu­dent out­comes — while lever­ag­ing the infra­struc­ture we have built.

For 2026, all suc­cess­ful part­ners will enjoy a full waiv­er of upfront fran­chise fees for the first year, allow­ing you to focus on build­ing momen­tum from day one.

Our ongo­ing struc­ture is a 25% rev­enue share. In return, you will have access to:

Our in-house team dri­ves lead gen­er­a­tion end-to-end — from ideation and con­tent cre­ation to con­ver­sion — so your class­es are con­sis­tent­ly filled.

2) Curriculum & Academic System

A struc­tured, con­tin­u­ous­ly updat­ed cur­ricu­lum aligned with evolv­ing PSLE demands, sup­port­ed by dif­fer­en­ti­at­ed work­sheets for stu­dents of vary­ing abil­i­ties.

3) Teaching Methodology

Hands-on train­ing in our Think Smart Teach Smart approach, with expo­sure to real class­room deliv­ery by our top edu­ca­tors.

4) Founder Mentorship

Direct access to our found­ing team, who have built mul­ti­ple 7‑figure edu­ca­tion busi­ness­es across Sin­ga­pore and over­seas.

Our Teaching Model

Our cen­tres run on a Group Pri­vate mod­el — designed to bal­ance scale with qual­i­ty.

  • Small class sizes.
  • Mixed lev­els (P3–P6) with­in the same class.
  • Cus­tomised work­sheets for each stu­dent.
  • Tar­get­ed guid­ance based on indi­vid­ual needs.

This allows you to:

  • Teach more stu­dents with­in the same time.
  • Main­tain depth and qual­i­ty of instruc­tion.
  • Scale your income with­out pro­por­tion­al­ly increas­ing hours.

Who This Is For

You will be the pri­ma­ry edu­ca­tor in your cen­tre, with the option to build a team over time.

We are look­ing for indi­vid­u­als who:

  • Have strong teach­ing expe­ri­ence.
  • Are con­fi­dent man­ag­ing a class­room and guid­ing stu­dent out­comes.
  • Val­ue struc­ture, sys­tems, and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment.

For Established Operators

If you already oper­ate a larg­er cen­tre or brand, a tra­di­tion­al fran­chise struc­ture may not be the best fit.

We are open to explor­ing alter­na­tive part­ner­ship struc­tures with­in the Think Teach Group, includ­ing strate­gic col­lab­o­ra­tions and equi­ty-based arrange­ments.

What Happens Next

Short­list­ed can­di­dates will be invit­ed into a struc­tured selec­tion process, where we will share:

  • Detailed finan­cial pro­jec­tions
  • Oper­a­tional expec­ta­tions and sup­port struc­ture
  • Case stud­ies from exist­ing cen­tres

This ensures align­ment on both sides before any com­mit­ment is made.
