Franchise Partnership — 2026 Intake

Teach­ing is a call­ing. But too many great edu­ca­tors are con­strained — by insti­tu­tions that don’t share their stan­dards, by sched­ules that leave no room to breathe, or by sys­tems that reward com­pli­ance over craft.

At Think Teach Acad­e­my, we have spent years build­ing what we believe teach­ing should look like: small class­es, rig­or­ous cur­ricu­lum, and out­comes that fam­i­lies trust. Today, we oper­ate at scale — and for the first time, we are invit­ing a small group of edu­ca­tors to build along­side us.

This is not a staffing role. It is a gen­uine part­ner­ship — with the back­ing of a proven sys­tem, and the free­dom to do your best work.

The Opportunity

Select­ed part­ners will run their own Think Teach cen­tre as the lead edu­ca­tor, sup­port­ed end-to-end by our infra­struc­ture. You focus on teach­ing. We han­dle the rest.

For the 2026 intake, all suc­cess­ful part­ners will receive a full waiv­er of upfront fran­chise fees for the first year — giv­ing you the run­way to build with­out finan­cial pres­sure from day one.

What We Provide

1) Marketing & Enrolment Engine

Our in-house team man­ages lead gen­er­a­tion from end to end — con­tent, cam­paigns, and con­ver­sion. Your class­es are con­sis­tent­ly filled. You don’t need to sell.

2) Curriculum & Academic System

A struc­tured, con­tin­u­ous­ly updat­ed cur­ricu­lum aligned with PSLE demands — includ­ing dif­fer­en­ti­at­ed work­sheets for stu­dents of vary­ing abil­i­ties. You teach with con­fi­dence, not impro­vi­sa­tion.

3) Teaching Methodology

Hands-on train­ing in our Think Smart Teach Smart approach, with direct expo­sure to class­room deliv­ery by our most expe­ri­enced edu­ca­tors. You will not be left to fig­ure it out alone.

4) Founder Mentorship

Direct access to a found­ing team that has built mul­ti­ple edu­ca­tion busi­ness­es across Sin­ga­pore and inter­na­tion­al­ly. Their expe­ri­ence is avail­able to you as you grow.

5) Ecosystem Access

As part of the wider Think Teach Group, you will be con­nect­ed to:

Our Teaching Model

Our cen­tres oper­ate on a Group Pri­vate mod­el — pur­pose-built to let edu­ca­tors deliv­er qual­i­ty instruc­tion at scale with­out com­pro­mise.

Each class is inten­tion­al­ly small. Stu­dents span Pri­ma­ry 3 to 6 with­in the same ses­sion, with cus­tomised work­sheets for each indi­vid­ual and tar­get­ed guid­ance based on where they actu­al­ly are — not where a text­book assumes them to be.

For our part­ners, this means:

  • More stu­dents reached with­in the same teach­ing hours
  • Depth and qual­i­ty main­tained across every ses­sion
  • Sus­tain­able income growth with­out pro­por­tion­al­ly more time

Who This Is For

We are look­ing for edu­ca­tors who are ready to both teach and lead — indi­vid­u­als who take pride in their craft and want a plat­form wor­thy of it.

You will be the pri­ma­ry edu­ca­tor in your cen­tre. Over time, you may choose to build a team. But the foun­da­tion is you in the class­room, doing what you do best.

Specif­i­cal­ly, we are look­ing for peo­ple who:

  • Have strong, proven teach­ing expe­ri­ence
  • Can man­age a class­room with con­fi­dence and guide mean­ing­ful stu­dent out­comes
  • Val­ue sys­tems, struc­ture, and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment

All part­ners go through a rig­or­ous selec­tion and train­ing process. Our stan­dards are non-nego­tiable — and main­tain­ing them across every cen­tre is what makes this part­ner­ship worth being part of.

Already Running a Centre?

If you oper­ate an estab­lished cen­tre or brand, a stan­dard fran­chise struc­ture may not be the right fit. We recog­nise that. We are open to explor­ing alter­na­tive arrange­ments with­in the Think Teach Group — includ­ing strate­gic col­lab­o­ra­tions and equi­ty-based part­ner­ships — for the right pro­files.

What Happens Next

Short­list­ed can­di­dates will be invit­ed into a struc­tured selec­tion process. We will share detailed finan­cial pro­jec­tions, oper­a­tional expec­ta­tions, and case stud­ies from exist­ing cen­tres — so both sides can make an informed deci­sion before any com­mit­ment is made.
